Made-to-order products

Most La Tribuna Visitante products are made-to-order as part of limited drops. This means each item is produced after an order is placed, rather than shipped from ready inventory.

Because of this, total delivery time includes:

  • Production time

  • Quality checks

  • Shipping transit time

Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, demand, and external conditions.

Order processing and production time

Orders are usually sent into production shortly after being placed.

Typical production time is estimated at:

2–7 business days

Some items may be produced faster, while others may take longer during high-demand periods, holidays, supplier delays, or limited drop releases.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time

After production is completed, the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery destination.

Typical shipping estimates may include:

  • Standard shipping: usually several business days after production

  • Express shipping: faster delivery after production, where available

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Total delivery estimate

Your total estimated delivery time is:

Production time + shipping time

For example, if production takes 3 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, the estimated total delivery time would be around 8 business days.

Delivery may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs may depend on:

  • Product type

  • Number of items ordered

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier rates

  • Fulfillment partner rates

We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time.

Shipping destinations

At this stage, La Tribuna Visitante is primarily focused on shipping to the United States.

If shipping is available to additional countries or regions, this will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping destination is selected before placing an order.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided at checkout.

We will try to update the order if possible. However, once production or fulfillment has started, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Neighbors

  • Building reception

  • Mailroom

  • Front desk

  • Local delivery location

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or customer failure to collect the package, we may be able to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, customs delays, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple shipments

If your order includes multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on the product type, production partner, fulfillment location, or availability.

If your order arrives in separate shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For any international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges that may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

La Tribuna Visitante is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

Limited drops and high-demand periods

Some La Tribuna Visitante products may be released in limited quantities or for a limited period.

During limited drops, high-demand periods, or major football events, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We recommend ordering early if you need an item by a specific date.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific event, match, tournament date, holiday, or personal deadline unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
