Refund policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

La Tribuna Visitante products are made-to-order as part of limited drops. This means items are produced specifically after an order is placed, rather than held as ready inventory.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong product selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the product details, sizing information, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A photo of the packaging, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement item or a refund, depending on the situation.

We do not require returns for confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items unless specifically requested.

Product images and mockups

Product images, lifestyle visuals, and mockups are intended to represent the design and styling of each item.

Because products are made-to-order and displayed across different screens, lighting conditions, and mockup environments, the final item may vary slightly in color, scale, placement, garment shape, embroidery finish, print finish, and overall appearance.

Minor differences between mockups and the final product are not considered defects.

If an item arrives with a clear production error, damage, misprint, incorrect item, or materially incorrect placement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.

Non-returnable items

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Wrong product or color selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor differences between mockups and the final produced item

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or production variation

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered

  • Orders with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer

  • Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer standard size exchanges because each item is made-to-order.

If you ordered the wrong size, we are not able to provide a free exchange. Please check the sizing information carefully before ordering.

If you received the wrong size because of a production or fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled if production has not started yet.

If you need to update your order, product selection, size, color, or shipping address, contact us immediately at:

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Shipping issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, or delivery location.

If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.

If an item is returned because of an address issue, we may be able to arrange reshipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Limited drops

Some La Tribuna Visitante products may be released in limited quantities or for a limited period.

If a replacement is approved but the same item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

We will notify you once your refund has been approved. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
